John Taboada and Giovanna Parolari founder of Luce is best known for Navarre and Angel Face. Navarre serves 50+ wines by the glass and has food based in Italian, French and Spanish origin. Angel Face is a charming bar spot located on NE 28th Ave. Portland that serves French food.
